This is a picture of Ethan with his giant 'ice-cream sandwich' Birthday cake. We baked four very big chocolate chip biscuits and sandwiched them together with ice-cream. We will be eating this cake for many days to come. There is a lot left in the freezer.

"What I like of my Birthday is getting presents. The first thing I did was open my presents. My favourite presents was all of them! Birthdays are really fun and I had really fun at my Birthday. I liked it when my family sang Happy Birthday to me."
