Last night we had a Kung Fu Panda themed night. We watched the movie and then made dumplings. The plan was for Ethan to help me make the dumplings but he decided he wasn't interested (probably knew better after Chinese New Year). Our dinner also consisted of pork buns, pak choy and carrots. For dessert we ate panda ice-creams that I discovered in an Asian grocery store (just to clarify they aren't made of panda, they look like a panda). Erica is enjoying her ice-cream in the picture above.
