Ethan used to be my little kitchen-helper, but these days he is less interested in helping his Mum cook and more interested in playing lego or chasing a soccer ball around the backyard. Which is ok. Erica has taken the assistant-chef spot and is usually very keen to help with the baking - particularly if it involves chocolate or sprinkles or both. The above picture shows the cupcakes Erica and I made on Monday night. We shared them with the YSA who came over for FHE.
