Other Snippets from Melbourne

Ethan and Erica trying on sunglasses at The Queen Victoria Markets.....

Erica and I outside of St Patrick's Cathedral. Ethan was pretty disappointed that Erica and I both wanted to look inside. Old Catholic cathedrals were not nearly as interesting to him as Star Wars toys at Lobos Collectables.

Looking in the windows of toy stores in Royal Arcade off Bourke Street. Take a look at the link, the arcade is very pretty and very old, dating back to 1869.

Erica looking at the gorgeous Babushkas store, also in the Royal Arcade.

Ethan and Erica enjoying a swim (outdoors in Melbourne in April!!). We mostly had sunny skies with temperatures in the mid-20s. Perfect, and a minor miracle in Melbourne.

However, just to remind me of the Melbourne weather I remember from when we lived there, I snapped this picture on the way to the airport. The external temperature gauge in the car indicated that it was 15 degrees celsius (in the middle of the day and not yet Winter).

Megan, I have thoroughly enjoyed reading your Melbourne entries. I've been reminded of some of the places I saw when I visited you. Now I am looking forward to visiting Costco!!!!
