Every year when I hear that the Vivid Festival is on I intend to go down to the harbour to check out the lights (colourful light and pattern projections on the Opera House and buildings in the city). However I keep missing it. This year we were able to fit it in, albeit a pretty short half hour visit before the children's bedtime.
It is a little difficult to see, but if you look across the water under the Sydney Harbour Bridge you can see the Opera House lit up in pink, purple and blue. There are some better examples of the light projections in the link above.
Ethan was wearing a headlamp, which he loves. But it meant that most of the shots of Ethan look like this........
