I was hanging the washing on the clothesline today when Erica called to me "Mum, I have made lunch for us". My first thought was 'oh nooooo'. Erica likes to make her own sandwiches sometimes. This usually results in a lot of mess, lots of butter consumed by Erica and some very strange sandwich fillings. However, when I came inside I discovered lunch of a different sort......
Playdough gingerbread men. We sat down and pretended to eat our lunch (well I pretended, Erica sampled a few times until she decided that playdough cookies definitely don't taste the same as real cookies).
Later Erica requested that we make a treat that is edible. We decided on cupcakes. Much tastier than playdough.
