When my parents were staying with us recently my Dad mentioned how much he likes the Lion House bread rolls. Later I came across a recipe for the rolls on the internet. Erica and I decided to give it a try. Above is Erica spreading butter on the dough. The secret of the delicious rolls seems to be a large quantity of butter.
