Ethan and Erica had ribbon day at their Little Athletics club a few weeks ago. They were able to earn ribbons for their different events.
Erica received ribbons for running, relay and the limbo (very important Olympic event that last one). All of the ribbons given out in Erica's group were of the 'I ran in a race' variety, not actual places. She was thrilled.
Here is Ethan with his ribbons. His first place ribbon at the front was for the 100m sprint. He was also super thrilled with receiving ribbons and kept checking with me that I would put them into his special folder of keepsakes.
