Anytime there is a need for cupcakes at school (Birthdays, fundraisers, class parties etc) Erica requests these. She loves the rainbow effect. I wonder what the teachers think of the quantity of food colouring the children ingest when they eat these. For my part though I am very happy to fill this request. It is much easier than Ethan's former preference of Ninjabread Men.
