Erica and I baked these gingerbread biscuits for our annual neighbour gifts. The kids had an awesome time making deliveries. We live in an apartment now. There only five other apartments besides our own in the building. We each have a floor to ourselves and are able to take the lift straight to our own entry. The kids snuck up and down the lift quietly hanging a package of biscuits from each front door. As seems to happen every year our neighbours were very generous and reciprocated with more gifts than we gave out.
