This happened in January and I completely forgot to write about it here. Ethan has requested that I include his pictures..
Ethan participated in the Weet-Bix Kids Tryathlon. He had a fantastic time. The kids do swimming, cycling and running. However, there is no actual 'race'*. There are staggered starts and no recorded times. The idea is for everybody to have a go. Everybody gets a medal at the end. It was a lot of fun for Ethan and he enjoyed doing the event with a couple of friends.
Ethan was also thrilled to meet Brett Lee, despite not looking overly thrilled in this picture.
* There is officially no race. However, Ethan knew exactly where he finished by comparison to his friends who all started at the same time as him. Can't take the competition out of that boy.
