This year we decided to take our annual Christmas lights viewing evening to another level. We headed to the Hunter Valley and attended the Christmas Lights Spectacular at the Hunter Valley Gardens.

When we arrived back at the hotel, Erica set to work writing in her journal. She loves writing at the moment (and hopefully for a long time to come!).
