Erica received a chocolate bar maker kit for Christmas. I think nearly every visitor to the Jeffrey home since has been treated to an Erica chocolate creation. She can do the entire thing by herself. In the picture above Erica is busy with a chocolate bar creation for Nan.
That one contains peanut butter, caramel and nuts. She would then place another layer of chocolate on top of the ingredients and then freeze the whole thing until it is ready to pop out and eat.
Erica and Ethan with their 3-D models. Erica received the Eiffel Tower kit from Ethan for Christmas. She constructed it with the help of Grandpa and Ethan. Ethan enjoyed the process so much that Nan bought him a space shuttle of his own.
