Clara Lately

Whenever I upload the pictures off of my phone and onto the computer, I find that a large number of the pictures are either of Clara or taken by Clara.  These days she is my constant little friend/shadow so I have many occasions to take a quick picture/movie of her.  Here are some moments from the past couple of months..




This movie was taken when Clara had just woken from a nap.  She had fallen asleep in the car while I was driving Ethan to a soccer training session.

One morning Clara came into my room very early while I was still sleeping and said to me "what are we doing today?".  I responded that we were going to Church (it was a Thursday, but I needed to drop off some food for a funeral).  Clara ran out the door, then returned a short while later wearing a dress and telling me excitedly that she was ready to go to Church.  She had also packed herself a nursery lunch..

For the record that isn't what her nursery lunch looks like when I pack it.  More fruit, less crackers :)

Clara and I had bought some plants.  I couldn't fit them in the boot, so I stood them up in the middle of the car.  Everything was fine until I went around a corner.  The plants slide sideways and Clara called out to me "Look Mum I'm in the jungle!".  She was laughing and thought it was hilarious.  Clara started growling and pretending that she was a Tiger.
