We took a family Tai Chi class while we were in Yangshuo. We were there for one hour, but people stay for months and even years at this Tai Chi school.
Clara largely refused to participate in the class with us, but once the instructor had gone she started breaking out her moves.
All of us in action. I don't think any of are destined to be Tai Chi masters. It is harder than it looks. Required a lot of concentration to get the moves right.
