Xianggong Hill

This is another spectacular viewpoint.  With so many peaks available, you can imagine that there are a lot of amazing viewpoints.  We again just picked one really good one, but this time David and the kids joined us for the hike to the top.  It was worth it.

Wow!  The haze isn't pollution.  Just as when we went to the Longji rice terraces, the sky was heavy and ready to rain, so there was a lot of mist around.

You know you are the fittest in the family when you carry your little sister and still get to the top first.

Clara was there.  She didn't want to be in the picture.

When I arrived at the top of the hill I started having a chat with an American lady who was up there with her family (husband and lots of kids).  I asked her where she was from and she said "Utah".  I said "oh, my husband served his mission in Utah".  She did a double-take and said "what, you are also a Church member?!?  Do you know that family over there?  They are also members".   There was another family on the hill at the same time who were also Church members.  Three different families all up there randomly at the same time!  We went and chatted to the other family.  They are also from Shanghai, and attend one of the other Branches.  Small hill.

A view from the car as we were driving back down from the hill.
