Our gorgeous little girl has turned one years old! One year has gone by so fast.
A Korean friend had gifted Nora a hanbok to wear for her first birthday. We thought it was a nice way to commemorate the country of Nora’s birth. Plus she looks so cute.
Opening presents.
More presents. The balls are her favourite.
Getting ready for dinner.
Nora’s favourite dinner of pasta.

Getting ready for cake.
Erica made this cake for the rest of us, so that Nora would have her own little cake to eat as she pleased.
Nora ate all of the mango off of the top of the cake.
But wasn’t entirely sure about cake. It was her first time trying a cake.
We also did a Korean custom called Doljabi. Objects are placed in front of the baby. Whatever the baby chooses is said to help predict their future. Clara really liked the ball, which predicts a career as an athlete. But it’s just a fun game.
Funny little girl.
