Erica, Clara and I visited a couple of the temples that are located further out. The first one was Banteay Srei or the ‘Lady temple’. It isn’t a big complex, but very pretty. It has a pinkish colour and very elaborate carvings. It was commissioned by a Brahman in AD967.
