Ethan, Erica, Clara and I attended a Cambodian cooking class. We started at a fresh market. Beautiful colours in the vegetables.
We also went to the wet market to see where the meat was sourced. This convinced the kids to stop eating fish. They used to see stalls like this semi-regularly in India, but I guess they had forgotten.
The food was delicious. Pretty similar to Thai food. We had fun making and eating it!
