I have finally found some time to try out the panda moulds I referred to here, bought from Tokyo Mart. Here is Erica showing the moulds..
The photo was taken before she started wearing glasses. I tried the moulds with jelly, which did not work very well. Cake worked well. Quite cute! Erica loves them and calls them "pan-cakes".
